Introduction: Children are among the most vulnerable sections of society, and girls, in particular, often face unique challenges such as neglect, abuse, exploitation, and abandonment. The Child Need Care and Protection Home for Girls is a dedicated residential institution established on 25^th August 2014 at Debinagar, at present CNCP Girls Home has shifted at our main campus from January'2025 with sanction cappacity of 25. It aims to provide a safe, nurturing, and rehabilitative environment for girls in need of care and protection.

This CNCP Home serves as a secure shelter for girls who have been orphaned, abandoned, victims of abuse, or rescued from exploitative situations. The primary objective is to ensure their holistic development—covering physical health, emotional well-being, education, skill development, and social reintegration. The home operates with a child-centric approach, maintaining the dignity and rights of every resident, while striving to reintegrate them into society or a stable family environment, whenever possible.

By offering psychosocial support, legal aid, education, and life skill training, the home acts as a bridge between trauma and transformation—empowering girls to reclaim their future with dignity and confidence.

• Formal schooling through government schools and Non-formal education also.

• Vocational Training , Recreational and Cultural Activities
• Daily physical exercises, yoga, and indoor/outdoor games
• Celebrations of festivals, birthdays, and national events, Cultural programs, dance, music, art and craft
• Legal aid and coordination with Child Welfare Committees (CWC)
• Family Tracing and Restoration
• Pre-restoration counselling for child and family
• Post-restoration follow-ups for reintegration support

Achievement- Last year SJAA has been transfared 17 girls from Home to other district, other state and repatriation as below-
