TARGET INTERVENTION(Core composite)Trucker & Female Sex Worker

Introduction: St. John Ambulance Association, Uttar Dinajpur District Centre, Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur have been selected for implementing T.I. among 10000 Truckers at Dalkhola in the Uttar Dinajpur District  and 600 female sex worker of Islampur and Panjipara sanctioned by West Bengal  Sate Aids Prevention &  Control Society., Govt. of West Bengal.

GOAL :To reduce annual new HIV infections and AIDS-related death by 80% since the baseline value of 2010; Eliminate Vertical Transmission of HIV and Syphilis; Eliminate HIV/AIDS-related Stigma and Discrimination; Promote Universal Access to Quality STI/RTI Services Objective

Objectives

95% of people who are most at risk of acquiring HIV infection use comprehensive prevention

95% of HIV positive know their status, 95% of those who know their status are on treatment and 95% of those who are on treatment have suppressed viral load

95% of pregnant and breastfeeding women living with HIV have suppressed viral load towards attainment of elimination of vertical transmission of HIV

Less than 10% of people living with HIV and key populations experience stigma and discrimination
